- Darren Bakes [Men’s first team captain] was proud to lead the first team back to the top flight for next season. They will compete in the Huddersfield League first division next year 2011.
- The Men’s second team rallied in the second half of the season to go undefeated and snatch the second spot from Thongsbridge “D” team with only one remaining match to win to secure second place and promotion. This they did despite a weakened team in the absence of some key players. A relieved captain, David Findlay, was full of praise for his squad who battled all season for him. He now passes the team captain’s post on with the team back once more in division two.
- Clive Westley the third team captain had his squad backing him all season. They went all 14 matches undefeated to win division 5 with a record of played 14, won 13 and drawn only 1. The team will play in division 4 next year [2011].
- The ladies first team have consolidated their division 2 status with a mid table finish. The return of Clare Findlay to the team helped and able support from up and coming juniors aided the squad as well, especially Sophie Denton who played a lot of games with Vicky Hudson {last years captain}, when she was available, with great success. All the ladies in both teams played a role and despite a lowly finish by the second team they know their sacrifice maintained the first team in the second division
- Junior coaching - Saturday mornings 9am to 12 noon. Private coaching is available by arrangement.
